Our Track Record

While the aesthetic of design is important, it’s just as vital that design delivers real results.

While we cannot claim sole credit for the numerous positive outcomes our clients have seen, smart and successful founders continue to hire us for a full range of design needs, and we’re humbled to be able to contribute towards their journey.

Since opening in 2020 we’ve worked on the core brand experience for Kaia Health, helping them raise a $75 million Series C round. Defined the rebrand of FireWithoutSmoke leading to it’s sale for £52 million. Refreshed the brand experience of TWAICE, aiding them to raise $30 million in Series B. Brought an 80% rise in traffic to The Malin with a new digital members experience. Helped KnownOrigin prior to their sale to eBay with a complete rebrand and strategic roadmap and formed the building blocks for a new Picfair brand and web experience.

Alongside larger projects, Open is well known in the industry for working with start-ups and SME’s from across the globe. In the last 18 months we’ve been working closely with Paywatch, David Gandy, ScienceMagicStudios, Raoul Pal’s Expaam platform and more.

Prior to founding Open, James had worked at Burberry’s design team, forming their debut mobile retail experience which boosting the share of sales online to 15% and set the bar for luxury mobile e-commerce globally.
